Serial Digital Ancillary-Data Delay
Many digital units like mixers, colorcorrectors and special effect generators are extracting ancillary datas
from the original datastream.Audio,Timecode and other embedded data are lost after manipulation.
The Scala-Ancillary Phaser is designed to extract all embedded data from the original datastream
And re-insert these datas after a variable delay to the manipulated and therefore delayed stream.
The internal data-delay is up to 11 frames in steps of 1 frame.
In addition, the Scala-Ancillary Phaser provides an Analog Component and Composite Video output.
In case of emergency the SDI Input is mechanically switched to the Main Program output.
